2nd round scenario, battle 1.
"Break their back !"

turn 1

Jos gets first deployment, his orks crowd the 12"inc line like hungry hounds waiting for the rabbit to appear.
The orks make a run for it to the south east of the board avoiding the vast horde of dirks nids on the north east side of the battle field.
The ork dethkoptas attempt to shoot at the big beasts but all shots either miss or the nasties make their armour saves.

Dirk takes an hour to set up his 100000 gaunts... another beer please.......

and attepts to shoot at jos` dethkopta squad alpha. At this point this is just a guess, lets see what will happen.
Indeed the fexes unload 24 shots on the koptas, poor koptas...... one lucky ork survives even after the tyrants shoot at them too.

turn 2

ork reserves are still firmly lodged between a roch and a keg of fungus beer, they dont join the battle this turn.
the rest of the orks continue to race down the board and attempt to hide their rigs between the scenery.
surprisingly the lootas move off their hill and run towards the nids .... wtf ... must be one cunning plan.....
the dethkopta succesfully rallies and shoots at the big beasts, he fails of course.

the nids rumble forwards in a flowing mass of talons, teeth and spiky bits.
the ork truck gets shot to bits, 6 penetrating hits ! and a bunch of glancing, but who`s counting :p
3 orks die in the process of flying out of the exploding truck.

the rest of the nids attempt to pie-plate the ork battlewagon.
surprisingly one hits the clumsy wagon, but the damage is shrugged off.

turn 3
the rest of the deathkoptas finally arrive on the board, jos is fortunate and the mob enters the board from the north. right in the faces of a huge squad of gaunts... oh boy....
as expected the rest of the orks continue to rush forwards, but now they are withing charging range.
the looted tank drops off a load of flamers and the battlewagon spits out a whole contingent of other orks and the remaining truck unloads too.

the lootas shoot at the fexes....taking out his guard.
